CAMP ANOKIJIG – On one of the warmer days this spring, the Great Elk and Winnipeg Nation Councils convened to determine who would lead the mighty nations for the next 12 moons. After passing around the Council Peace Pipe and consuming much firewater, the Nation Council has come to an agreement.
